Foundation Drills (15 minutes):

  2. Wall Passing Control (5 minutes):

    • Drop the ball from waist height, control it upon the rebound with different parts of your foot, and cushion it softly.

Progressive Drills (20 minutes):

    • Create a square with cones and perform dynamic dribbling, incorporating quick turns and changes of pace.
  2. Cone Dribbling Progression (7 minutes):
