    • Players take turns rapidly stating positive affirmations. This quick-fire approach sharpens focus and self-belief.
  2. Confidence Circle (Confidence):
    • Form a circle. Each player shares one positive soccer-related aspect about the person on their right. This fosters a supportive and confidence-building environment.
  3. Commitment Countdown (Commitment):
    • Players list three actions they commit to taking for soccer improvement in the next week. Discussing commitments reinforces dedication.

Note: Rotate through each practice in 10-minute sessions to train Focus, Confidence, & Commitment. This structure ensures a well-rounded approach to mental fitness development for young players.
